As announced by the Department of Civil Service, 1100 meters of pipes was replaced so far and the remaining 400 meters will be installed in coming days.
The problem of frequent breakdowns and provision of regular water supply is expected to be solved after the completion of the work and connection to a new water pipe.
The project of replacement of the main water pipe is realized on the basis of an agreement between the municipality of Gračanica and Regional Waterworks in Priština.
Intensive works on the replacement of the main water pipe in the "Tomislav Sekulic St." that leads to Padalište settlement in Gračanica are in progress.
