The aim of this training was to inform and educate the representatives of civil society organizations as well as the general public about processes, mechanisms, administrative deadlines, methods of counseling people about how to achieve their rights and all other informations that are necessary to know concerning the judicial system in Kosovo.
Beside the representatives of non-government organizations, the training attended the representatives of the informal group of women, as well as the representatives of the local structure from the municipalities of Gracanica, Klokot, Ranilug and Partes.
Participants were very interested to hear more about which mechanisms exist in Kosovo judicial system, which jurisdictions the court has, which are legal and which are extraordinary remedies.
The training was organized within the project “Is there justice after injustice” which CSD has been implementing in cooperation with NGO Advocacy Training and Resource Center – ATRC from Pristina supported by the USAID Kosovo within the program “Raising of the awareness and participation of citizens.
