This week as well, the Mayor of Gračanica municipality, Srđan Popović, heard out about a dozen citizens. In accordance with the possibilities and powers of the municipality, the municipality will help every family where possible.
Citizens complained to the Mayor of Gračanica municipality about their problems, which are mainly concerned with employment and housing, hoping and wishing to find a way to resolve them.
Vlajinka Nastić from Novo Naselje came to the mayor of the municipality to ask him to employ her son.
“While my husband was alive, I have never asked anyone for help. Since 2016, I am in such a situation that I cannot buy a needle, because with a pension of 26 thousand dinars, I enabled my son to finish schooling and he cannot find a job now”, Vlajinka said.
In the first six months of 2019, Mayor Popović spoke with about 250 citizens and direct contacts with them will continue in the second half of this year.
