The fifth regular session of the Policy and Finance Committee was held today in the hall of the MA of Gračanica.
The members of the committee agreed all the proposed items to be found on the agenda of the MA of Gračanica. At the meeting, they firstly adopted the minutes of the second extraordinary session held on June 12, 2019.
Members of the committee discussed the mayor’s report on economic and financial situation in Gračanica municipality, at the proposal of Srđan Popović, Mayor of Gračanica municipality, as well as the report on the activities of the municipal security committee (MSC) – at the proposal of Srđan Popović, Mayor of Gračanica municipality.
The adoption of the medium-term budgetary framework for the period from 2020 to 2022 was also discussed at the proposal of Slaviša Ničić, Director of the Budget and Finance Department as well as the report of the General Auditor for the Municipality of Gračanica for 2018 – at the proposal of Ljubiša Karadžić, Chairman of the Assembly.
The Rules on Internal Organization of Municipal Administration were adopted – at the proposal of Srđan Popović, Mayor of Gračanica municipality.
Members of the Policy and Finance Committee adopted a rulebook on waste management in the territory of Gračanica municipality – at the proposal of Vladica Trajković, Director of the Department of Public Utility Service, as well as the draft contract for the provision of services – at the proposal of Vladica Trajković, Director of the Public Utility Service Department.
The committeemen will discuss all the agenda items in more detail at the session of the Municipal Assembly, which begins at 10 am.
