Interns signed contracts

In the building of the Municipality of Gračanica, fifty young people signed contracts on internships today for the next nine months.

In addition to professional development, interns will also have some lectures and courses twice a week.

Srđan Popović, the Mayor of Gračanica municipality, who pointed out that the program would enable them to progress, wished them successful start of the internship.

“This program is important for the improvement and here you will gain the experience that is more than necessary when applying for any job, because the work experience is one of the most important criteria for employment. This is a great opportunity to get work experience and contacts, improve your knowledge and find a job in the profession. As a local self-government, we want to affirm young people and therefore we are looking for personnel that will represent us, both at the local and central level, because our future depends on you”

– SRĐAN POPOVIĆ

It is about the program “Enhancing inclusion of graduates in the central and local level administration in Kosovo”. “This year we have increased the number of interns by 50 percent and we are grateful to the Embassy of Germany that has recognized everything positive that we have been doing in the past two years. Thank you and the Municipality of Gračanica, which, among other things, is our best partner”

– VLADAN TRIFIĆ

The contract on professional development will be signed in total by 75 interns from nine municipalities with a Serb majority.
