The problem of transportation for 14 children from Roma and
four children from the Croatian community from Janjevo has
been solved so that these children will take classes on time
at secondary schools in the territory of Gračanica
municipality on September 2.
After several days of discussions between representatives of the
Municipality of Gračanica and parents of 18 children attending
secondary schools in the territory of Gračanica municipality, the
problem was solved after it was agreed that the Municipality of
Gračanica and the Croatian Association will provide
transportation, while parents will set aside funds for monthly
compensation to drivers.
The meeting held in the Municipality of Gračanica was also
attended by representatives of ROMACTED organization.
