The management of the Municipality of Gračanica held the third
budget presentation for the residents of Lepina, Radevo,
Skulanevo, Suvi Do, Novo Naselje and Ašani in Lepina yesterday,
at the premises of the Elementary School “Vuk Karadžić.
Chairman of the Municipal Assembly of Gračanica, Ljubiša
Karadžić informed the present residents about the possibility of
influencing the creation of the budget and that that was an
opportunity to present problems and make proposals for new
investments in their surroundings to the present representatives.
Director of the Municipal Finance Department, Slaviša Ničić,
familiarized the villagers with the contents of the budget for 2020
and municipal plans for its spending.
The residents of Lepina, Radevo, Skulanevo, Suvi Do, Novo
Naselje and Ašani asked for the improvement of infrastructure
and utilities as well as children's parks with special emphasis on
the arrangement of water and sewerage networks, while the
Deputy Mayor of Gračaica municipality Saša Danić familiarized
the residents with the municipality's past investments in these
places.
The fifth public debate for the residents of Donja and Gornja
Gušterica, Dobrotin and Livadje will be held today at the Cultural
Center in Donja Gušterica at 7 pm.
Citizens will have the opportunity to ask questions, make
suggestions and proposals, but also present problems that should
be resolved by next year's budget. The adoption of the final
budget is planned for the end of September, at the regular
session of the Municipal Assembly of Gračanica.
