Mayor of Gračanica municipality, Srđan Popović handed over
financial assistance, which was raised at a charity concert, to the
family of recently perished Nemanja Stević from Sušica.
The wife of the perished, Katarina, was handed a sum of 4,050
euros and 30,000 dinars.
The money was raised at a charity concert held last night and
jointly organized by the Municipality of Gračanica, the catering
establishment “Staro Mesto” and a humanitarian Milan Vasić.
According to the organizers, the charity concert fulfilled its goal
and many good people showed solidarity.
“The Municipality of Gračanica and its citizens have shown their
humanity many times. We have supported many charity actions,
have been in solidarity with people and have provided assistance,
both material and human in difficult times. That's our obligation,
thanks to everyone who helped", Popović said.
Nemanja Stević from Sušica was fatally injured in a car accident.
He left behind a wife and three minor children.
