The proposed agenda:
1. Adoption of the minutes of the fourth extraordinary session of the Policy and Finance Committee held on 07.17.2014.
2. Consideration and adoption of resignation Gb 408 from 28.08.2014. by the former president of the Municipal Assembly and the election of the new president of the Municipal Assembly.
3. Consideration and adoption of the draft decision on the appointment of the Square of liberators of Gracanica, on the proposal of the Mayor of Gracanica Branimir Stojanovic.
4. Consideration and adoption of the request for transferring the funds from the goods and services to subventions in the amount of EUR 70,000.00, on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Budget and Finance Slavisa Nicic.
5. Consideration and adoption of the allocation of subventions in the amount of EUR 50,000.00 for the Agricultural Cooperative, on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Budget and Finance Slavisa Nicic.
6. Amendments to the decision of the Municipal Assembly of Gracanica No.Gb SO-305 on the establishment of Community Safety Committee, on the proposal of the president of the Assembly Vladeta Kostic.
7. Amendments to the decisions of the Municipal Assembly of Gracanica No.Gb SO-203 on the relocation of the monument "Simonida" and the installation of the monument in "King Milutin" complex in the schoolyard of the elementary school, "King Milutin" in Gracanica, on the proposal of the president of the Assembly Vladeta Kostic.
8. Consideration and adoption of the request Ga 253 from 17.04.2014. for exemption from paying taxes on the house, on the proposal of the president of the Assembly Vladeta Kostic.
9. Consideration and approval of the request Ga 258 from 22.04.2014. for the registration of the church Mala Gracanica in the cadastre, on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Urbanism, Planning, Cadastre and Environmental Protection Dejan Jovanovic.
10. Consideration and adoption of the request Ga 267 from 24.04.2014. for the use and exploration of stone, on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Urbanism, Planning, Cadastre and Environmental Protection Dejan Jovanovic.
11. Consideration and adoption of request Ga 577 from 08.08.2014. for exemption from tax of the property transaction for the transfer of ownership, on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Urbanism, Planning, Cadastre and Environmental Protection Dejan Jovanovic.

The Assembly of the Municipality of Gracanica scheduled the third regular session, which will be held on the 5th of September, 2014. at 11:00 am in the Assembly Hall of the Municipality of Gracanica.
