Director of the Urban Planning Department of the Municipality of
Gračanica, Dejan Jovanović, announced the soon start of the
construction of 36 flats.
Being a guest of the Morning program of RTV Gračanica,
Jovanović said that a new residential building in Gračanica with a
total of 36 apartments would be built at a new parking lot below
the Shopping Center.
According to the previous competition, the Commission decided
to build six houses in the territory of Gračanica municipality for the
families in the social category, young married couples and
displaced persons.
"Six families will get roof over their heads by the end of the year,
based on the social housing map, which was made at the
beginning of this year. What is new is that the construction of a
new residential building in Gračanica with 36 apartments will soon
start at a new parking lot below the Shopping Center. It is
foreseen to be completed by the end of the year, so there is a
new opportunity for all those who have applied, but also for those
who are not, to do so at the beginning of the next year".
The Urban Planning and Environmental Protection Department of
the Municipality of Gračanica started on time with the
implementation of projects since the beginning of the year.
"A part of the budget is spent as was foreseen and it is visible.
There are a lot of new parks, paved streets and sewerage
networks. The final tender for the reconstruction and construction
of the annex of the elementary school "Kralj Milutin" in Gračanica
is under way, the work will soon start, so the school will get four
new classrooms and an annex", said Jovanović.
