A public consultative meeting regarding the drafting of the Rulebook on Internal Organization of the Municipality of Gračanica was held today in the hall of the Municipal Assembly of Gračanica.
The consultative meeting was organized by the Information Service of the Municipality of Gračanica in accordance with the Administrative Instruction No. 06/2018 of the Ministry of the Local Government Administration on minimum standards of public consultation in municipalities.
The public consultative meeting was attended by the aldermen of the Municipal Assembly of Gračanica, some heads of municipal departments, representatives of the civil sector, international organizations and local councils.
The draft Rulebook on Internal Organization of Municipal Administration was explained by the Chief of Personnel, Sandra Stević Stanković.
The draft Rulebook on Internal Organization of Municipal Administration will be discussed at the fifth regular session of the Municipal Assembly of Gračanica on June 26.
Representative of the Information Service, Nebojša Ćirković informed the attendees that all municipal acts of general interest will be discussed at public consultations in the future, both through the organization of public meetings, as well as via the Internet, through a recently launched page on the official website of the Municipality of Gračanica, all with the aim of involving the public, civil sector and citizens in the creation of public policies and decision-making.
