Preschool institution “Đurđevak” in Gračanica received a new electric cooker for the needs of the kitchen of the educational institutions from KFOR today.
The cooker was handed over by Italian Colonel Nicola Perrone, accompanied by the Mayor of Gračanica municipality, Srđan Popović.
The director of PI “Đurđevak”, Verica Arsić thanked for the valuable kitchen appliance.
“We had a similar one, so this means a lot to us, because such a donation would cost us a lot. We are happy because we needed it, we will prepare meals for our children easier and faster”, Arsić said.
She pointed out that the donation was the product of a good cooperation between the Mayor of Gračanica municipality, Srđan Popović and Italian Colonel Perrone and KFOR, who transferred them their needs.
Before visiting the nursery school, Colonel Perrone talked with Mayor Popović about the security situation and other important topics in the building of the Municipality of Gračanica.
