Mayor of Gračanica municipality, Srđan Popović wished Happy Eid al-Fitr to the Islamic believers, wishing them to spend the holiday in peace, health and family happiness.
“On behalf of the Municipality of Gračanica and me, I wish you a happy holiday with the desire to spend it in health and good mood in the circle of your loved ones. Let this holiday brings harmony among the communities, because in these times of great temptations, it is more than necessary for us to work on building peace, understanding, solidarity and mutual help. Let’s keep our tradition and customs, and respect others, and only so we will preserve spiritual peace, but also make our Municipality a safe and better place for a better life. Once again, Happy Eid al-Fitr”, said Srđan Popović, Mayor of Gračanica municipality, in a message to the Islamic believers on the occasion of the Eid al-Fitr.
