At the fifth regular session, the members of the Municipal Assembly of Gračanica adopted the Medium-Term Budgetary Framework for the period 2020-2022.
The fifth regular session of the Municipal Assembly of Gračanica was held today. It began by adopting the minutes of the previous session held on June 12 this year.
The aldermen then discussed and adopted a report by the Mayor of Gračanica municipality, Srđan Popović, on economic and financial situation. The results in the first five months of this year were presented by Deputy Mayor Saša Danić. As the greatest results, Danić stated, asphalting dozens of local streets, awarding apartments, assistance to health, cultural, sports and educational institutions, assistance to socially vulnerable families, and more.
The report on the activities of the Municipal Security Committee, which was submitted by the coordinator Lidija Tokić at the proposal of the Mayor of the Municipality, was discussed and adopted at the session by majority vote.
The Medium-Term Budgetary Framework for the period from 2020-2022 was adopted unanimously – at the proposal of Slaviša Ničić, Director of the Budget and Finance Department.
“In relation to 2019, the budget for 2020 will be higher by 662,000 euros, or by 8.90 percent”, Ničić said.
The aldermen discussed the report of the Auditor General for the Municipality of Gračanica for 2018, explained by auditor Zorica Đorđević.
“Since the commencement of the work of the Municipality, this is the best auditor’s report and has only nine recommendations, making it one of the better and on a wider level”, she said.
The Rulebook on the internal organization of the municipal administration, which was explained by the Chief of Staff, Sandra Stević Stanković, was also adopted at the session.
The Rulebook on Waste Management in the territory of Gračanica municipality, at the proposal of the Director of the Department of Public Utility Service, Vladica Trajković, was adopted too.
“The most important thing is that the Municipality takes over the payment for garbage collection service and we pay the services to the company” Pastrimi “. The monthly service will be € 4.70, as in other municipalities”, Trajković said.
After the adoption of the Rulebook on waste management, a draft contract for the provision of services, also proposed by the Director of the Public Utility Service Department Vladica Trajković, was adopted as well.
