The second public presentation of the budget for 2015 was held yesterday in the premises of the Elementary School Vuk Karadzic in Lepina. The presentation was opened by the President of the Assembly of the Municipality of Gracanica Brankica Kostic, after which the Director of the Budget, Finance and Economic Development Slavisa Nicic presented the planned budget for the coming year.
The presentation was attended by the Deputy Mayor Nebojsa Milovanovic, as well as the directors of municipal departments.
After the presentation of the budget and its structure, Nicic stated that the budget will be discussed at the session of the Assembly of the Municipality of Gracanica.
Besides the residents, the presentation was attended by the representatives of NGOs and KFOR.
After the presentation of the budget, the residents of Lepina, Radevo, Skulanevo, Suvi Do, Batuse and Novo Naselje highlighted the pressing problems they face every day. Problems are related to the construction of water supply, asphalting of roads and making of footpaths, as well as making the ducts for atmospheric water, but they also stated that they do not have enough doctors in their villages, and when they need them, they have to travel to other places in order to be provided with adequate medical help.
The third public presentation of the budget for 2015 will be held today at 17:00 pm at the House of Culture in Donja Gusterica for the residents of Livadje, Gornja Gusterica, Donja Gusterica and Dobrotin.
