Agreement on starting the construction of the regional water supply in May next year was reached today at the meeting between the representatives of the Municipality of Gracanica, Swiss Embassy and the Municipality of Lipljan, which is also included in the project, as well as Dorsch Gruppe which should implement the project.
Technical plan will be developed and tender will be invited for two weeks, before the start of construction of the regional water supply.
According to the previous agreement which the Mayor of Gracanica Municipality Branimir Stojanovic reached with Alan Brown, the team leader of "Dorsch Gruppe" for rural water supply and sewerage, the construction of regional water supply will solve the decades-old issue of water supply in the villages of Skulanevo, Lepina and Suvi Do and partly Batuse, where the reconstruction of the water supply network have been predicted by the same project.
Thanks to Swiss embassy, agreement on construction of water supply will begin to implement in May 2015.
