The first extraordinary session was held in the hall of the Municipal Assembly of Gračanica where the aldermen discussed and adopted reports of individual departments as well as financial expenditures. All the proposals and reports were unanimously adopted.
The aldermen of the Municipal Assembly of Gračanica first adopted the minutes of the second regular session held on February 27, 2019, and then a request for the transfer of unspent funds from 2017 and 2018 into 2019. The proposal was presented to the aldermen by Slaviša Ničić, Director of the Budget and Finance Department.
The report on the work of the market and sanitary inspection for 2018 was considered and adopted unanimously – at the proposal of Miloš Aritonović, Director of the Inspection Department. The report was presented to the aldermen by Nebojša Maksimović, a legal officer in the inspection department, who also stated the results of the municipal department based on non-respect of municipal regulations and laws as well as the results on the basis of the enforced performance of unpaid sentences.
The aldermen asked greater involvement in terms of exceeding working time of individual catering facilities, as well as increased sanitary supervision in trade shops from the inspection department.
Novak Živić, Director of the Department of Youth and Sports, presented a report on spent funds in sports and the results of this department to the aldermen. He emphasized that he was especially proud of the fact that a large number of sports clubs had achieved very notable results with which aldermen agreed adopting the report unanimously.
At the proposal of Dragiša Stojanović, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Forestry, the report on the work of the Department of Agriculture and Forestry for 2018 was presented to the aldermen and unanimously adopted.
Under the Any Other Business, the aldermen discussed the situation in the health care with a special focus on helping people with special needs.
