The agenda of the committee session consisted of 12 agenda items. The Committee was chaired by Vladeta Kostic, the president of the Assembly of Gracanica Municipality, and there were also present Nebojsa Milovanovic, Deputy Mayor, as well as the directors of departments to which the agenda items were related.
Requirements which were subsequently sent to the board were discussed under the miscellaneous items, after which it was decided that two of the three requirements to be included on the agenda of the Assembly of Gracanica Municipality, and one of them was postponed to the next session of the Assembly.
The Committee was attended by a representative of the NGO "Serbian Democratic Youth", and a representative of the OSCE.
The second regular session of the Policy and Finance Committee, at which all agenda items were listed on the agenda of the Assembly, has been held.
