The aim of the workshop, which was attended by the members of the newly formed agricultural cooperative and the representatives of the Municipality of Gracanica, is the preparation of the Strategic Plan for the Development of Cooperative for a period of three years.
After its development, the strategic plan should contribute to the adoption of new products, new technology and selling goods.
Workshop participants have analyzed the current situation and problems that should be resolved in the future, and based on that the objectives, priorities and measures as a condition for the development of the Strategic Plan will be defined.
All participants agreed that without the support of Gracanica Municipality will not be able the revival of agriculture and cooperative movement.
At the end of this educational workshop the participants received certificates.
The workshop was held with the support of the EU Office in Kosovo, YMCA Kosovo organization and the Municipality of Gracanica.
After this workshop, the farmers are expected to pay a study visit to farmers in Italy.
