The representatives and members of the newly formed Agricultural Cooperative, as well as the municipal Department of Agriculture, participate in the workshop.
The aim of the workshop is the preparation and adoption of the Plan of strategic development of the Agricultural Cooperative for a period of three years.
On the first day of the workshop, the participants discussed about the basic objectives of the Agricultural Cooperative and so far achievements and considered the future priority activities. There have been discussion about the Strategic development and goals draft.
Today, the participants of the workshop should dedicate themselves to short, medium and long term planning in relation to the improvement of agricultural infrastructure and market efficiency (product placement, procurement of seeds, etc.), capacity development and possible subventions.
Tomorrow, the participants are expected to consider the current business positions of the Agricultural Cooperative and set up the frames in the direction of the development of Strategic Goals with a focus on business management.
The workshop is funded by EU Office in Kosovo, and with the assistance of YMCA Kosovo is implemented by the Municipality of Gracanica.
